Ammunition agreement/info

This is our standard Ammunition Agreement. If you are unwilling, or unable, to agree with it completely, please do not add ammunition to your basket, nor attempt to order ammunition from us.

We do not ship ammo to California, Alaska, Hawaii, or Massachusetts. Illinois customers: we must have a copy of your FOID card on file before we ship your order. Please fax, mail, or e-mail a copy. We do not ship ammo outside the United States.

I certify, under penalty of law, that I am at least twenty-one (21) years old, of sound mind, and will only use the ammunition (ammo) purchased from Andean, for my own personal and lawful use. I understand that there is a three (3) day delay for all ammo shipments, that it may only be shipped via Fedex Ground or Home Delivery service (NO air shipments; NO USPS shipments). I agree that my signature is required at time of Fedex delivery and that I must be physically present myself to sign for and receive the ammo. I understand that Andean will only ship ammo to United States locations where it is legal to possess it without a government-issued permit or license. I understand that there are NO returns or exchanges on ammunition, either in whole or in part, and that the manufacturer (not Andean) is responsible for all warranties and liabilities. I agree that I will not export, nor attempt to export, this ammunition anywhere outside the United States, nor will I take it to any location within the United States where it is illegal to possess it.
