Our 30 day return policy summary: Send the merchandise back in the manufacturer's packaging. No packaging - no refund. Within 30 days, send it back to the address on the packing list. Include a note telling us what what's wrong and whether you want a refund or exchange.
Return/refund/exchange instruction details
Thirty-one (31) days after receipt of merchandise, no item or items will be accepted for return. Any merchandise returned "cash or check on delivery" (COD) will not be accepted. All returned merchandise must be accompanied by a copy of its receipt or packing list. All merchandise must be returned in its manufacturer-issued packaging (this is not the box it came in, but the clam-shell or ziploc baggie issued by the manufacturer), intact, no writing on internal boxes, etc. If you want an exchange as fast as possible, send the item back as fast as possible. If you can't wait to do an exchange, place a new order on our web site and send the return back for a refund.

Refunds are posted to the original credit/debit card used to make the purchase.
Any claim that goods have not conformed to specification will not be accepted without prior written authorization from Seller within thirty (30) days of the receipt by Purchaser of such goods. Otherwise, any such claims shall be deemed to have been waived by Purchaser. If Purchaser complies with the above notice requirements, Seller's liability shall be limited to refunding the purchase price of the goods in question. No damages or charges of any kind, either of labor, expenses or otherwise, suffered by Purchaser in repairing or replacing goods will be allowed.
